Facilities

Helper Art Workshops has transformed the historic Hotel Utah/Helper Furniture and Hardware Building into a community cornerstone, preserving its architectural heritage while fostering a vibrant arts scene in historic downtown. 

There is one large classroom on the main floor as well as private studio space and a gallery.

Twelve renovated rooms on the 2nd floor are available to rent.  

They are clean simple rooms with one queen per room and new beds and linens.  Eight rooms share 2 restrooms and showers down the hall.

Only a few rooms have private baths. 

​The communal spaces are convenient

and really pleasant to make your meals

and chat it up in the evening. It is a full

kitchen with a lot of space for multiple

people to be making meals at the same

time.
